Generate tracking number

Communication errors during data transmission or bad network coverage will not affect the integrity of your data.
In case of communication errors, data will be re-transmitted automatically.
If there are permanent failures during data transmission, such records can be reviewed on your mobile device and can be re-entered.

SarvaSutra lets you access the forms on your computer as well.
If you are at a computer connected to the internet, you can access the forms and submit new entries right on the computer.

It lets you view collected data in different formats. You can view data at a form level or in a tabular format.
SarvaSutra also lets you create graphical reports (pie and bar chart reports) which can be directly used in corporate presentations.
SarvaSutra lets you apply date range, field level and user level filters to your reports.
Users can create custom reports by choosing required fields from the form.
Users can also save report templates and re-run these reports at a later time.
They can also view field summary information like sum and average on numeric fields.

You can create new users, create new forms, manage form access permissions, view data collected on forms, create and run reports, export data and more from the console.
Selective form distribution
Not all users will need access to all the forms. Your account administrator can configure form permissions so that only selected users have access to that form either on the web or on the mobile device.
Online surveys tool
SarvaSutra is also a full-featured online survey software. The forms that you create using the form builder can be distributed to people outside of your organization via email or web. You can incorporate branching and skipping logic in your forms for presenting question based on previous answers in a survey.
SarvaSutra lets you maintain your survey panels and can send invites to participate in a survey to panel members thus facilitating web-based closed group studies.
You can customize all text on forms, configure exit pages and setup IP address, date and response count based survey (form) limit controls.
